What’s New for the 71st BPSC?
The 71st BPSC Exam has seen some big updates and changes:
- Vacancies have been Increased: Originally 1,250 were announced which was later increased to 1,264, with 14 additional Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) posts added India Employment News.
- Exam has been rescheduled: The Preliminary exam has been scheduled for September 13, 2025, revised from the earlier planned dates which were august 30 and also september 10.
- Admit Card has been released: Admit cards for the 71st BPSC exam have been officially released on September 6, 2025, on the BPSC portal, complete with exam center, timing, and crucial candidate information. It can be accessed at bpsc.bihar.gov.in and bpsconline.bihar.gov.in
- Huge number of students aspiring to crack the exam: Over 4.7 lakh candidates have been preparing to crack the BPSC administrative examinations across the state of Bihar. They have been fiercely preparing.
