The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has now officially announced the dates for the RRB Group D Exam 2025 the recruitment for which was published under notification CEN-08/2024. This recruitment notification which has 32,438 Level-1 posts across various departments in Indian Railways. aims to reach out to a large number of population. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to commence on November 17, 2025, and will continue until the end of December 2025, conducted in multiple phases.

Eligibility Criteria
As per the official notification in order to be eligible for the RRB Group D Exam 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria for the 32438 vacant posts in the railways:
- Age Limit as prescribed: The age of eligible candidates should be between 18years and 36 years of age. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per government norms Testbook.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 10th or has an ITI or equivalent qualification.
- Nationality: Indian nationals are eligible to apply.

- Exam Dates: The CBT will be conducted from November 17 to the end of December 2025, in multiple shifts across India The Times of India.
- Admit Card Release: Admit cards will be issued approximately four days before the scheduled exam date.

The RRB Group D Exam 2025 will consist of the following stages like all other usual group D exams:

- Mathematics: number system, decimals, LCM, ratio and proportion, mensuration, time and distance, profit and loss, geometry & trigonometry, square root, calendar and clock, BODMAS questions, fractions, HCF, percentages, time and work, SI & CI, algebra and elementary statistics.
- General Intelligence & Reasoning: analogies, data sufficiency, syllogism, coding-decoding, relationships etc.
- General Science: covers physics, chemistry and life sciences up to the 10th-grade level.
- General Awareness & Current Affairs: covers topics like science & technology, sports, culture, personalities, economics, politics etc
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): All those who qualify the CBT will be called for the PET, which assesses physical endurance.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates shall undergo document verification to confirm their eligibility.
- Medical Examination: Post exam medical examination will be conducted to ensure candidates meet the required health standards.
